Digital Technology Access:  An Information and Listening Session

Digital access is the ability of people to connect to and use digital technologies and resources.  It includes infrastructure, internet service, and devices.  Per Older Adults Technology Services,  around 22 million American older adults lack wireline broadband access in their homes and their lack of digital access is making disparities worse.  Over $1 billion dollars in Federal funding opportunities are imminent for Pennsylvania to expand broadband infrastructure and help people, including older adults and people with disabilities, get access. SWPPA would like share information about these opportunities and to invite members to share their priorities and areas of greatest technology needs.  Please join us for a collaborative conversation about this topic.
