A Policy Discussion with Senator Roy Afflerbach, Ret. Founder and President of the Afflerbach Group, LLC. York Pa. 

Topic: The PA Legislature has required three questions to amend the PA Constitution to be placed on the May Primary Election ballot. It is important to understand these proposed amendments and how they would apply to any and every future disaster emergency declaration regardless of the severity of the emergency situation or whether it applies to a health emergency such as COVID or a property emergency such as a hurricane. More information to follow.
