Base fee:
  • The next screen will give you an option to purchase an advertisement in the conference brochure and/or provide a bag insert in addition to being a platinum sponsor.
  • The next screen will give you an option to purchase an advertisement in the conference brochure and/or provide a bag insert in addition to being a gold sponsor.
  • The next screen will give you an option to purchase an advertisement in the conference brochure and/or provide a bag insert in addition to being a silver sponsor.
  • The next screen will give you an option to purchase an advertisement in the conference brochure and/or provide a bag insert in addition to being an exhibitor.
  • The next screen will give you an option to add an advertisement (add'l fee) in the conference brochure and/or provide a bag insert in addition to being an exhibitor.
  • If you are not able to support the conference as a sponsor or exhibitor but would like to advertise in the conference brochure, please select this option. Fee will be assessed when you choose the advertisement size/color on the next page (registration).
